Since graduating from Saint Louis University in 1971, Richard W. Bayers, C.P.A. has provided accounting and tax services to the small business community. Our firm opened our current office in 1978 and provides affordable professional service tailored to the clients needs.
We provide an array of services that help small businesses with compliance reporting. Some of the services include tax services for corporations, partnerships, trusts and individuals, including IRS representation. We prepare monthly, quarterly and annual payroll and sales tax returns. We also provide monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as needed. We can assist in software selection and installation.

Memberships include, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants, and Missouri Association of Tax Practitioners.
